Instead of a single row of Clouds compressing on landing, two layers work together, spreading the impact over a longer window and smoothing the transition from heel to toe. Underneath sits Helion superfoam, On's lightest and most responsive foam to date — it's what keeps a shoe this cushioned from feeling heavy or dead underfoot. The upper is a breathable recycled mesh with a flat-knit collar and a reworked eyestay construction that locks the foot in without creating pressure points.
